Preparation: | Mix the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a tall glass with ice, top up with soda water, garnish and serve. |
The Tom Collins is a cocktail and is essentially a Gin Sour with carbonated water. Commercial sweet and sour mix is commonly used as a replacement for the sugar and lemon juice.
