Tom Brosseau is a singer-songwriter and guitarist who was born and raised in Grand Forks, North Dakota. He has frequently performed in the Los Angeles area, specifically, the club Largo, in which he recorded his first album. His song "How to Grow a Woman from the Ground" was covered by Chris Thile, who released a 2006 album of the same name.
Tom is currently touring the country promoting his new album, Grand Forks, which features acclaimed violinist Hilary Hahn on two songs.
