Tom Aldredge

Tom Aldredge (born February 28, 1928) is an American actor.
Born in Dayton, Ohio, United States, Aldredge's most notable roles have been on the stage. He has been nominated for five Tony Awards for his roles in Sticks and Bones (1972), Where's Charley? (1975), The Little Foxes (1981), Passion (1994) and Twentieth Century (2004). Aldredge also starred in the original Broadway productions of On Golden Pond (1978) and Into the Woods (1987).
He played the role of Mr. Guttman in the 1991 comedy, What About Bob as well as apperaing on television, including a recurring role as Hugh DeAngelis, the father of Carmela Soprano on The Sopranos.
He is married to renowned costume designer Theoni V. Aldredge.
