Tomás Cipriano de Mosquera (y Arboleda) (1798 - 1878) was a Colombian general and political figure. He was president of Colombia between 1863 and 1864, and again from 1866 until 1867.

After suffering face wounds during a battle in 1824, which forced him to use a metal prosthesis, Mosquera was nicknamed "Mascachochas" by some of his contemporary critics.
