Many problems with this article:

1. It's hardly NPOV
2. The name should be at Thomas Pendergast
3. It really needs to be wikified.

I would assume that since the name that he is known by is Tom Pendergast, that should be the location as well. I will put a redirect at Thomas Pendergast.
