Tokyo Gaikan Expressway

The Tokyo Gaikan Expressway (東京外環自動車道, Tōkyō Gaikan Jidōshadō^?) is an expressway located in Tokyo, Saitama and Chiba Prefecture, Japan. The expressway is planned to form an outer beltway around central Tokyo upon its completion.
