Toki*Meca ended May 2006. I have the issue of it with the "owari" to prove it. I'm not sure if the complete plot should be included though. It looks like it completed because Osa-P (Osano Fumio) was around, and also because it was sinking towards the back of the magazine meaning it wasn't as popular as anticipated. However, it did reach a conclusion, which is the first time that a manga by Takeuchi has completed since Osa-P left. (The last being Codename wa Sailor V since it ended after Sailor Moon.)

The character info still needs to be plugged in though I doubt anyone has the official means to do so.
