[edit] directly emailed Newton

I've sent email directly to Newton asking for a photo with permission to use it in his article. Also for permission to improve the article from information on his website. I've asked him to amplify his position on global warming so that I don't misrepresent his position. I will look for independent quotes to see if I can find much help there. I'm not trying to create a puff piece--just make a wikipedia-quality article out of this stub. MKoltnow 23:45, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

I received a very speedy response from Newton's assistant but I've been really busy and cannot do the editing right now. It includes an authorized picture of Todd for us to use in the article. MKoltnow 05:17, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

Follow-up. Newton's people won't give us a photo we can use. And I fear I cannot add much more to the article that is verifiable. MKoltnow 20:50, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
