this is a current chemist studying the important physical basis for chemical reactions. his work is well respected and his recent macarthur "genius" grant places him at the top of his field in terms of recognition and praise from his fellow chemists. the award is selected based on outstanding letters of nomination and is endowed to allow the brightest minds to continue their work.

I'm going to take the tag off, but please add more to the article to improve it. Add citations, references, external links etc. to "prove" that he is important. Have fun. --ArmadilloFromHell 04:26, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
I did a bit of cleanup and linking, you can probably add more links to existing Wiki articles by copying what I did. --ArmadilloFromHell 04:35, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
