Toby Mao is the younger brother of Tyson Mao and is a former world record holder for a single solve of a Rubik's Cube (3x3x3), with a time of 10.48 seconds achieved on August 6, 2006 at the 2006 US Nationals competition.[1]

Toby and his brother Tyson were Rubik's cube consultants for Will Smith, in his movie, The Pursuit of Happyness.
