TNA No Surrender

No Surrender is an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view event held by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. The first one was held in July 2005, but when the pay-per-view names were shuffled for 2006, it was moved to September.

No Surrender 2005 took place on July 17, 2005 from the iMPACT! Zone (Soundstage 21 at Universal Orlando Resort) in Orlando, Florida. The promotional poster and DVD cover featured A.J. Styles, Jeff Jarrett, Christopher Daniels and Chris Harris.
- Pre-Show match: Shocker defeated Jerrelle Clark (4:16)
- Shocker pinned Clark with a roll-up.
- America's Most Wanted (Chris Harris and James Storm) defeated Michael Shane and Alex Shelley (w/Traci) (11:47)
- Storm pinned Shelley after a Superkick.
- Super X Cup Qualifier: Sonjay Dutt defeated Shark Boy, Elix Skipper and Mikey Batts in a Fatal Four-Way match (8:16)
- Dutt pinned Batts after a Hindu Press.
- Apolo and Sonny Siaki defeated The Diamonds in the Rough (Simon Diamond and David Young) (5:43)
- Apolo pinned Young after a TKO.
- Samoa Joe defeated Chris Sabin (14:04)
- Joe forced Sabin to submit with the Coquina Clutch.
- Team Canada (Bobby Roode, Eric Young and A-1) defeated Lance Hoyt and The Naturals (Chase Stevens and Andy Douglas) (w/Jimmy Hart) (14:40)
- Young pinned Douglas after Roode hit him with a megaphone.
- Monty Brown and Kip James defeated 3Live Kru (Ron Killings and Konnan) in a Street Fight (5:25)
- Brown pinned Killings after a Pounce.
- After the match B.G. James came out, Kip offered him a chair to hit Konnan with but B.G. declined.
- A.J. Styles defeated Sean Waltman (w/Jerry Lynn as Special Guest Referee) (14:34)
- Styles pinned Waltman after a Styles Clash.
- Christopher Daniels defeated Petey Williams (w/A-1) to retain the TNA X Division Championship (16:20)
- Daniels pinned Williams after a Best Moonsault Ever.
- Raven defeated Abyss (w/James Mitchell) in a Dog Collar match to retain the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (19:01)
- Raven pinned Abyss after a Raven Effect DDT onto thumbtacks.
- This match had a No Surrender stipulation, meaning the match could not end by submission.
- After the match, Jeff Jarrett came out and stated that he was going to get his title back one way or another. Rhino then made his debut and Gored Raven.

- Roode pinned Doring after The Payoff.
- Eric Young defeated A-1 (6:14)
- Young pinned A-1 after a Showstopper.
- Jay Lethal defeated Petey Williams (7:24)
- Lethal pinned Williams with a roll-up.
- Abyss (w/James Mitchell) defeated Raven and Brother Runt in a Triple Threat match (11:24)
- Abyss pinned Raven after a Black Hole Slam.
- The Naturals (Chase Stevens and Andy Douglas) (w/Shane Douglas) won a Triple Chance Tag Team Battle Royal also involving: The James Gang (B.G. James and Kip James), America's Most Wanted (Chris Harris and James Storm) (w/Gail Kim), The Paparazzi (Alex Shelley and Johnny Devine), The Diamonds in the Rough (David Young and Elix Skipper) (w/Simon Diamond), Maverick Matt and Kazarian, Ron Killings and Lance Hoyt, and Shark Boy and Norman Smiley (14:05)
- The match started out as a 16-man battle royal, when a wrestler got eliminated they would stay at ringside until their partner was eliminated. When the match got down to 2 people, their partners re-joined them and the match continued as a tag team match.
- Stevens pinned Storm with a roll-up to make The Naturals the #1 contenders to the NWA World Tag Team Championship.
- Senshi defeated Chris Sabin to retain the TNA X Division Championship (16:57)
- Senshi pinned Sabin after kicking an inflatable doll into Sabin.
- Christian Cage defeated Rhino (16:26)
- Cage pinned Rhino after an Unprettier onto a steel chair.
- A.J. Styles and Christopher Daniels defeated The Latin American Exchange (Homicide and Hernandez) (w/Konnan) in an Ultimate X match to win the NWA World Tag Team Championship (15:29)
- Daniels grabbed one of the belts to win. This match was later named TNA's "Match of the Year".
- Samoa Joe defeated Jeff Jarrett in a "Fan's Revenge" Lumberjack match (11:03)
- Joe pinned Jarrett after a Muscle Buster.
- The lumberjacks were 18 audience members equipped with leather straps.
- The show ended with Jim Cornette airing a video stating that Kurt Angle had signed with TNA.
