Bound For Glory 2005 was a professional wrestling pay-per-view from Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. It took place on October 23, 2005 from the iMPACT! Zone (Soundstage 21 at Universal Orlando Resort) in Orlando, Florida. The tagline was A Time for Greatness. The promotional poster and DVD cover featured Raven, Monty Brown, Jeff Hardy, Jeff Jarrett, Rhino, Abyss and A.J. Styles. The show was dedicated to Reggie "The Crusher" Lisowski, who died the night before.
Bound for Glory was billed as TNA's premier annual event, much in the same vein as WWE's WrestleMania or WCW's Starrcade.
Unlike previous TNA pay-per-views (but like the first three-hour pay-per-view in November 2004, Victory Road 2004), a paid ticket was made available at the TNA website, which purchased both entry into a pre-show experience on October 22 at a Doubletree hotel near Universal Studios, and priority seating for Bound for Glory, Universal Studios' audience participation policy prohibiting actually charging for admission to the show.
