TNA Against All Odds

Against All Odds is an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view event held by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in the month of February. It was established in 2005 as TNA's fourth pay-per-view event as part of the inaugural series of monthly pay-per-views put on by the promotion.

Against All Odds 2005 took place on February 13, 2005 from the iMPACT! Zone (Soundstage 21 at Universal Orlando Resort) in Orlando, Florida. The promotional poster featured Jeff Jarrett, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash, while the DVD cover eliminates Scott Hall and featured only Jarrett and Nash prominently.

Pre-Show match: Phi Delta Slam (Bruno Sassi and Big Tilly) (w/Trinity) defeated Lex Lovett and Buck Quartermain
- Tilly pinned Quartermain after a Tsunami Slam.
Pre-Show match: The Harris Brothers (Ron and Don) (w/Traci) defeated Mikey Batts and Jerelle Clark (3:12)
- The Harris Brothers won after an H-Bomb.
Elix Skipper defeated Petey Williams (w/Coach D'Amore) (7:58)
- Skipper pinned Williams after a Sudden Death.
B.G. James and Jeff Hammond (w/Ron Killings and Konnan) defeated Shazarian (Michael Shane and Kazarian) (5:33)
- Hammond pinned Kazarian after an elbow drop.
Raven defeated Dustin Rhodes (8:20)
- Raven pinned Rhodes with a roll-up.
After the match, the lights went out and a promo appeared on the screens, promoting the imminent arrival of Trytan.
America's Most Wanted (Chris Harris and James Storm) defeated Kid Kash and Lance Hoyt to retain the NWA World Tag Team Championship (12:25)
- Harris pinned Hoyt after a Death Sentence.
Abyss defeated Jeff Hardy in a Full Metal Mayhem match (15:21)
- Abyss grabbed the correct envelope to become #1 contender to the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.
Diamond Dallas Page and Monty Brown defeated Team Canada (Eric Young and Bobby Roode) (w/Coach D'Amore and Johnny Devine) (9:43)
- Page pinned Young after a Top Rope Diamond Cutter.
A.J. Styles defeated Christopher Daniels 2-1 in an Iron Man match to retain the TNA X Division Championship (31:37)

The promotional poster prominently featured Christian Cage and Jeff Jarrett, with Cage's face was placed in the space in center of the Against All Odds logo itself. The DVD cover primarily featured Christian Cage.

- Killings pinned A-1 after an Axe Kick.
Pre-Show match: Lance Hoyt, Cassidy Riley and Shark Boy defeated Shannon Moore and The Diamonds in the Rough (Elix Skipper and David Young) (w/Simon Diamond) (5:49)
- Hoyt pinned Skipper after a Texas Towerbomb.
The Naturals (Andy Douglas and Chase Stevens) defeated Austin Aries and Roderick Strong (10:29)
- Douglas pinned Aries after the Natural Disaster.

- The referee was the debuting Earl Hebner.
- Earlier in the evening Larry Zbyszko warned that anybody interfering in the main event would be fired. During the match Gail Kim hit Cage with Jarrett's guitar, but she was never fired.

- Moore pinned Kim after Storm collided into Kim.
- After the match, Chris Harris returned and chased Storm and Moore from the ring.
Sting defeated Abyss (w/James Mitchell) in a Prison Yard match (11:57)
- Sting won by putting Abyss in the cage,after Sting powerbombed Abyss through a table with a barbwired covered board on top.
- After the match, Sting attacked Mitchell.
Christian Cage defeated Kurt Angle to retain the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (19:02)
- Cage pinned Angle after a steel pipe shot followed by Unprettier.
- During the match, Tomko and Scott Steiner interfered on Cage's behalf.
- Samoa Joe was at ringside as the unofficial Outside Enforcer.
