Tlumach (Ukrainian: Тлумач; also referred to as Tovmach) is a small city located in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, in western Ukraine. It is the administrative center of the Tlumatsky Raion (district), and is located at around 48°52′1″N, 25°0′50″E.

The current estimated population is around 8,800 (as of 2001).

Historically, Tlumacz was a Powiat (district) in Poland.
