Tlumach (Ukrainian: Тлумач; also referred to as Tovmach) is a small city located in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, in western Ukraine. It is the administrative center of the Tlumatsky Raion (district), and is located at around .

Historically, Tlumacz was a Powiat (district) in Poland.
