Image:TLE Rotoscope Example.png

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Example of the rotoscoping technique used in the computer game The Last Express. Image was scanned from the book High Score!: The Illustrated History of Electronic Games, by Rusel Demaria & Johnny L. Wilson and published by Osborne, a division of McGraw Hill. Copyright information states; "All products and characters mentioned in this book are trademarks of their respective owners. The use of images in this book does not imply ownership or any other claim by The McGraw-Hill Companies." The book does not provide any copyright information for the pictures from that part of the book, but copyright is assumed to belong to either Jordan Mechner or Smoking Car Productions.

The image had extensive dust and scratches that were repaired in Adobe Photoshop Elements with the healing brush tool. Minor corrections and downsizing, as well as reorienting the images to a vertical composition from the original horizontal composition were also done in Photoshop Elements.
