- for identification and critical commentary on the music video in question
- on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,
qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use.
To the uploader: please add a detailed fair use rationale for each use, as described on Wikipedia:Image description page, as well as the source of the work and copyright information.

[edit] Fair use rationale for TLC (band)
- It's not possible to acquire or produce a free alternative for this image because there are no other images to illustrate the article, as album/single covers are not permitted. It is needless to say that magazine and publicity shots are clearly not violated.
- The use of this image on TLC (band) does not replace the original market role of the original copyrighted media because it is a reflection of the girls' heydays.
- This image has never been published in any editorial materials.
- This image is encyclopedic because it is an illustration to highlight the article involved, and the resolution is definitely reasonable, though not high enough for download.
- This image is in accordance to WP:IUP and currently under waiting to be listed in Wikipedia Commons soon.
- This image is currently being used in TLC (band).
- This image contributes significantly to the article TLC (band), because the girls will never be at the same place and time again because Lisa Lopes died in 2002 and they will NEVER be seen, as pictured, again.
- This image is used only in the article namespace.
