Tlacateotl or Tlacateotzin (Nahuatl for "human god", IPA: [tɬaːkaˈte.oːtɬ]; d. 1426) was the second tlatoani (ruler) of the Aztec city of Tlatelolco. He succeeded his father, Cuacuapitzahuac, upon his death in 1407.

In 1426 he and Chimalpopoca of Tenochtitlan were assasinated by Maxtla of Azcapotzalco.
