[edit] Removed redirect
Fellow Editors: I removed the redirect to Hueyi Tlatoani and copyedited the earlier text. Why? Well, there are a lot of articles (e.g. Nezahualcoyotl) that refer to tlatoani but not the Hueyi Tlatoani. In other words, these 2 articles are complementary and not overlapping.
