Tinshill

Tinshill (pronounced Tins-hill) is a district 7 km (4 miles) north of Leeds City Centre. It is situated between Horsforth and Cookridge.

The area is mainly made up of former Leeds City Council housing. It is also near to the Tinshill BT Tower also known as the Cookridge Tower one of the highest points in the city.

Tinshill (Working Mens Club) on Silk Mill Drive is the terminus of the First Leeds overground service 18, the Pink Line.
