Tindal Centre

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Tindal Centre (formerly Tindal Hospital) is a centre for the treatment of mental illnesses in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England. It includes a residential hospital for people with profound mental health difficulties and also counselling/therapy outpatient services. It is located to the north east of the town in an area colloquially known as Bierton Hill, opposite Aylesbury Prison.

The building in which the centre and hospital is located was originally the town's workhouse, built in 1844.
