Tina Harrod is a fictional character on the FX television series Dirt, played by Jennifer Aniston.

Tina Harrod is an editor from a rival tabloid magazine who is Lucy Spiller's arch rival. She appears in the last episode of the first season, when it is rumored that she would be taking over DirtNow (a rumor, as revealed at the end of the episode, that Tina started herself to land a seven-figure deal with another magazine). It was stated in the Dirt season finale episode "Ita Missa Est" that Tina and Lucy were once friends. What exactly was the cause of their now rivalry is unknown. It is stated that Lucy and Tina have hooked up once before, to which Tina replies "It was four but who's counting?"
On the surface, Tina's demeanor is the complete opposite of Lucy's. She compliments and flatters, at one point congratulating a former intern (who now works for Lucy) about her pregnancy. Lucy, on the other hand, didn't even remember the girl was pregnant, or that she had asked for maternity leave. However, Tina in reality can be just as manipulative as Lucy. At one point, she tries to invite Lucy to have lunch with her in a public restaurant where they can easily be seen so that she can perpetuate her rumor (a scheme Lucy instantly picks up on, and changes the venue to her office).
Tina claims she wants all the bad blood between her and Lucy to end but this isn't entirely true. She is the one who informed Julia Mallory of Holt McLaren and Lucy's sexual relationship and that he was her source after having photographers stalk Lucy and Holt.
