[edit] Welcome II
Hello and welcome. I've noticed your a rugby league fan. Good too see. We have a comprehensive list of rugby league articles. It's great to see more people interested in editing rugby league articles for wikipedia. Some of us, or maybe its just me, has a dream to turn Wikipedia into the worlds foremost reference on rugby league. You can find more information at my rugby league user page. If you feel as though you'd like to join our cause add your user name to the page. Note, adding your name to that page is more or less just a statement that you'll help edit the rugby league pages and adhere to accepted styles/standards. Give it a think. I hope you enjoy your stay ;).

[edit] speedy tagging
G'day Tim,
please take more care over what you tag as a speedy. You recently nomination an article for speedy deletion because it was an article about a real person which did not assert the significance of its subject. However, the article in question was about a film. Cheers, fuddlemark (fuddle me!) 14:46, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Dave Crowley AFD
Hi. I noticed your recent tagging of the Dave Crowley article for speedy deletion and wondered if you had listed it on AFD yet. Thank you, Kuzaar 15:35, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Sidney Cotton
You were quick off the mark with the {unsourced} there - I got an edit conflict when I tried to save the update with the Sources link :-) Newpage patrol is so much quieter since the anon page creation ban... - Just zis Guy, you know? [T]/[C] RfA! 16:24, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
It was the DOB that made be put the edit in. Flying in WWII at 2 years old would be worth of an encyclopedia entry Tim Fellows 20:03, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
Stevendavy: Thanks for your help keeping the Oxford Cavaliers page on track. Does the UrquartXV cound as vandalism?

[edit] Rugby League Conference
I often read the League Express forums but I don't have a log-in. There's no need for you to check about Leigh and Wigan, they aren't listed in Blackpool Sea Eagles fixtures therefore they must have dropped out. The groups are now correct, I've checked. The only ones I haven't been able to check are the Yorkshire and the Midlands and South Yorks leagues but I suspect that you would know if the groups were wrong.GordyB 22:24, 28 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sheffield Eagles
I'm adding extra data that I've found on a site. The bit about Barrow didn't quite fit into my new sentence but if you think it is so vital I'll add it back in (assuming you have not done so already).GordyB 20:27, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
- I know you are interested on pages on defunct clubs, I created one on Carlisle RLFC today. Your list of defunct clubs needs updating and there is a typo - Carlisle disbanded in 1997 not 1987 as stated. I'd change it myself but I get weird blocks which prevent me from editing certain pages (due to people with the same IP address getting banned) but allow me to edit others.GordyB 20:35, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Proposal for rugby super league
Leave your opinion on this[1] matter if you are interested. It is basically about the term rugby super league being used as a disambiguation for all rugby competitions by that or a similar name. Currently it is used as a page for the American RU competition, the rugby super league.
