Tim Johnson is the author of Gary Sprake], the Leeds United legend's biography, "Careless Hands: The Forgotten Truth of Gary Sprake" He is a full time A level teacher, teaching History and Politics. He writes his books in his spare time.It is extremely difficult to write in conjunction with another author, but this book does not demonstrate that as the chapters flow seamlessly from one to another.

His book Careless Hands (Co- written with Stuart Sprake nephew of Gary Sprake) was critically aclaimed by the Publishing industry and hailed a successful sports book (a rarity in recent years)
