Sir Timothy James Alan Colman KG (born 19 September 1929) is a British multi-millionaire and a previous Lord Lieutenant of Norfolk. He was appointed a Knight of the Order of the Garter in 1996. He is married to Lady Mary Colman (née Bowes-Lyon), the niece of HM Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.

Sir Timothy is from the Colman's mustard family, and a former Chairman of the Eastern Counties Newspaper Group.
