Timothy Francis Clement-Jones, Baron Clement-Jones CBE, (b. 26 October 1949) is the Liberal Democrat Peer and spokesman for Culture, Media and Sport.

He was Liberal Democrat spokesman on health. Chairman of the Liberal Party 1986-1988. CBE 1988. Chairman Liberal democrat Finance Committee 1991-1998. On 17 July 1998, he was created a life peer as Baron Clement-Jones, of Clapham in the London Borough of Lambeth.

He is the son of Maurice Llewelyn Clement-Jones and (Margaret) Jean, nee Hudson. Educated Haileybury School and Trinity College, Cambridge (economics). Married first 1973 Dr Vicky Veronica`Yip (died 1987). Married second 1994 Jean Roberta Whiteside. One son.
