Time Commander (comics)

The Time Commander is a DC Comics supervillain who first appeared in Brave and the Bold # 59 (1965). He was created by Bob Haney and Ramona Fradon.

John Starr was a villain who used advanced technology to manipulate time. He came into contact and was beaten by several heroes. At one point he joined the villain team known as the Time Foes, villains with time-gimmicked powers. He was killed in 52 27 # (2006) by Skeets.
