The Timber Wolf is a wooden roller coaster at Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, Missouri. It was built for Worlds of Fun by the Dinn Corporation and opened in 1989. Since its opening, the Timber Wolf has been ranked on the top twenty-five coasters in America by Amusement Today twice and was named the number one wooden roller coaster in 1991. The Timber Wolf's highest point is 100 feet and its largest drop is 95 feet, at which point it reaches speeds of 45 mph and incurs g-forces of 2.8. The Timber Wolf is Worlds of Fun's first and only wooden roller coaster.
