Tim Willcox

Tim Willcox is a BBC News presenter. He was educated at Taunton School, a boys' Independent school in the English county of Somerset, and St Chad's College, Durham University, United Kingdom.

Tim regularly anchors on BBC News 24. His regular shifts are Sunday 09.00 - 13.00 and Friday 22.30 - 00.30, and he is the primary relief presenter for BBC News 24. Tim covers shifts across the midweek and weekend schedule, sometimes even covering two shifts in one day. He can also occasionally be seen on BBC World, and in the past has presented BBC Breakfast.

Tim also worked as a presenter and correspondent for ITV, reporting from New York, Washington (9/11), Baghdad, Jerusalem, Moscow, Rwanda, Zaire, Brussels and Belfast. He was also ITV Arts and Media Correspondent.

Tim has also had cameo acting roles in Sex Traffic (Ch 4), State of Play (BBC), Jonathan Creek (BBC), 102 Dalmatians (Disney), Clueless (Paramount).
