Tim Mills (born 16th February 1966 in Barnstaple, UK) was the Lead Guitarist for Iced Earth, he is also the owner of Bare Knuckle Pickups in North Devon, UK. Tim joined Iced Earth in October 2006 as a replacement for Ernie Carletti, he was to play lead guitars on the new "Something Wicked" albums, the "Overture of the Wicked" EP, and was to tour with the band but had to quit. (Read below)

Jon Schaffer wrote to Blabbermouth.net that he had to quit the band. "He's had recent employee problems and has now found that his main worker, his right-hand man as it were, is terminally ill with cancer.

Tim has also played guitars for Elkie Brooks.
