Tim Kendall

Tim Kendall (born 1970) is an English poet, editor and critic.[1] In 1994 he founded the magazine Thumbscrew, which published work by poets including Ted Hughes, Seamus Heaney and Miroslav Holub, and which ran under his editorship until 2003.[citation needed] In 1997 he won an Eric Gregory Prize for his poetry.[2]. His latest book of poems, Strange Land, appeared in 2005.[citation needed]

In 2006 he became Professor at the University of Exeter.[citation needed]

He has published critical studies of Paul Muldoon, Sylvia Plath, and most recently, English war poetry.[citation needed]
