Tim was first discovered by the film studio Bel Ami in 2000, and went on to make several films with them. His last Bel Ami production however was in 2005 and since this time he has gone on to set up his own subscription-based website, for which he directs his own original video productions.

During his career he has stared alongside fellow Bel Ami performers Lukas Ridgeston and Dano Sulik. He has also appeared in a single barebacked scene with Tommy Hansen.^{[citation needed]}
