Tim Fish
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tim Fish is a comic book author and artist. He has worked on several (mostly gay-themed) titles, including the web comic anthology "Young Bottoms in Love," but is probably best known for his slice-of-life/romance print comic, "Cavalcade of Boys," which employs realistic characters and is reminiscent of Armistead Maupin's Tales of the City and of the television series Queer as Folk. Cavalcade has gained popularity thanks in part to its recent release in trade paperback format. Fish also wrote the graphic novel, Strugglers, which originally ran at Modern Tales as "Meet Me in Saint Louie."
Fish wrote and drew a Cannonball/Lila Cheney story for Marvel Comics romance special "I (HEART) MARVEL: MY MUTANT HEART.
Fish was born in 1970. He attended the University of New Hampshire from 1988-1992, where he had a bi-weekly comic strip run in two college newspapers (his own and that of Bentley College), and started a 100-issue superhero comic called "Arche-Lady." Tim Fish has lived in Seattle, St. Louis, San Diego, and (currently) Boston (all cities which are featured in his comics).
