Tim Bueler
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tim Bueler is the founder and president of High School Conservative Clubs of America, an organization that seeks to start conservative clubs in high schools across the nation.
[edit] Controversy
In 2004, while attending Rancho Cotate High School, Bueler faced resistance from school officials and fellow students in response to an article he wrote in his club newsletter regarding illegal immigration. Many students who did not agree with his article began to threaten him and call him a "racist," which he was, but would simply hide behind his first amendment rights. His teachers suggested that he stay home from school for a few days to avoid confrontation, but Bueler refused.
"Mr. Bueller" also is in constant violation of the CanSPAM Act of 2003 by sending emails without the required physical address of the sender and refusal to have an opt-out procedure on his emails that he will honor.
