Tim Blaney

Tim Blaney (born in 1959) is an American puppeteer and voice actor. He is most famous for providing Frank the Pug's voice in Men in Black and Men in Black II. He is also famous to some as the voice of the self-aware robot Johnny 5 in Short Circuit and Short Circuit 2.
