Timothy Guy Balme is a New Zealand actor, best known within New Zealand for his long-running guest role as Greg Feeney in the television soap opera Shortland Street. He currently appears on the fantasy/sci-fi television series Maddigan's Quest.

Tim has also appeared as Lycastus in Hercules in the Underworld alongside Kevin Sorbo, The Vector File with Casper Van Dien, and as the lead in Peter Jackson's early splatter film, Braindead. Balme is also a prolific New Zealand stage actor.

In some of his earlier roles, he was credited as "Timothy Balme".
