There's nothing in the Official Rules of Baseball that describes specifically when "time of pitch" is. Can someone provide a source confirming that what is in the article is correct? Andy Saunders 21:39, 2 May 2006 (UTC)

This is explained in many authoritative rules interpretation guides. The most "official" one is the Jaksa/Roder manual available here. It is also in NFHS Rule 2-28. Locarno 17:52, 11 May 2006 (UTC)
