I found this screenshot on http://www.thinksecret.com/archives/leopard9a321/. I cannot contact the original author, or "poster" of the images, but the software was made by Apple, Inc, and I know they have released the images to public domain. The specific URL of this image is (preview and full image) http://www.thinksecret.com/archives/leopard9a321/source/picture-24.html. I have seen these screenshots circling the web, and apparently the author has given permission for their release and has released this image to public domain. This image should be able to be used freely.
