Till Death Do Us Part is a young adult novel by Lurlene McDaniel. It was published in July 1997 and features a 17-year-old main character named April Lancaster, who is enjoying her senior year of high school when she is faced with the recurrence of a brain tumor that was removed when she was five. Amid her confusion and fear about her health, she meets and falls in love with Mark Lancaster, who has Cystic fibrosis.

April is also the main character of the sequel For Better, For Worse, Forever.
