Tijana Todevska-Dapčević

Tijana Todevska-Dapčević (Macedonian: Тијана Тодевска-Дапчевиќ) also known as simply Tijana was born on February 3, 1976 in Skopje, Macedonia, SFR Yugoslavia. She is a famous Мacedonian and Serbian pop singer. She was born to a Macedonian father and a Serbian mother from Herzegovina (in the Dinaric Alps), which would explain her above average frame (1,82cm or 5ft 11ins).

One of her hit songs is "Sve je isto, samo njega nema" (All is the same, only he is not here), he being former Yugoslav president Tito. The track has parts of the song in all of the former Yugoslavia's languages; Serbian, Slovenian, Croatian, Bosnian and Macedonian. During Evropesma 2006 (The Song for Europe in the former Serbia and Montenegro), she was placed in 8th place receiving 27 points with the song "Greh" ("Sin"). "Greh" will be included on her new album, coming out in spring or summer 2007. She won the "Suncane Skale" festival in Herceg Novi in 2002 with the song "Negativ", included on her second studio album with the same title. She has also won first place on the "Serbian Radio Festival-Feras" in 2006 with the song "Julijana".
