Tigran Torosyan

Tigran Souriki Torosyan (Armenian: Տիգրան Թորոսյան), born April 14, 1956 in Yerevan, is the current speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia.[1] From 1993 he was a member of RPA and the party board. In 1998-2005 he is a Deputy Chairman of RPA board, from 2005 – RPA Deputy Chairman. On June 1, 2006 he was elected President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia. Torosyan is married and has one daughter.
