The Constitution Township of Tigerton Dells is a defacto township under case law in Shawano County, Wisconsin, United States. The township was created in 1983 by 29 land owners who formed a Constitutional township with a town board, ordinances, town marshal, and judge. There was and is, still today, much opposition with the DNR (Department of Natural Resources) and other governments both foreign and domestic, who disregard the township because of the lack of jurisdiction the town’s ordinances, impose on them.
