Augsutico "Tico" Santi was a fictional character on the ABC soap opera, One Life to Live. Javier Morga played the role from 2004 to 2005.

In 2004, while investigating deceased crime lord Manuel Santi, Antonio Vega stumbled upon an imprisoned Tico and brought him to Llanview. The son of Manuel, Tico had been held prisoner by his father's enemies in their effort to get their hands on the mobster's fortune.

It was soon revealed that Manuel was actually Manuel Espinoza, the brother of Antonio's mother, Carlotta Vega; the family connection had been hidden to protect the Vegas from Manuel's enemies. It also came to light that Carlotta's 15-year-old goddaughter Adriana Colón was actually the secret daughter of Manuel and Dorian Cramer Lord.

Tico forged relationships with new cousin Antonio and sister Adriana, and soon showed romantic interest in Antonio's ex-girlfriend, Jessica Buchanan. Antonio's brother Cristian had disappeared and been presumed dead in 2003; a Cristian lookalike with no memory of his past appeared in Llanview in 2004, secretly programmed to kill Antonio. Soon it became clear that Tico was actually the mastermind behind Cristian's disappearance and brainwashing, and his goal was to eliminate Manuel's eldest son and heir — Antonio.

Carlotta admitted that Antonio was indeed Manuel's son with Isabella/Angelina. Jessica married Tico, despite misgivings. The attempt to murder Antonio failed as the trauma of trying to kill his own brother brought Cristian's memories flooding back. The plot was revealed, and a hospitalized Tico was murdered in 2005.

The killer turned out to be Cristian, who was sent to prison in and kept his true identity hidden from his family. Later that year his sentence was overturned; he was released from jail and revealed himself to his family.
