Tianjin Medical University (天津医科大学) is a university in Tianjin, China under the municipal government.

Tianjin Medical University was founded in 1951. Dr. Hsien-I Chu, a renowned endocrinologist, was the first president of the university. Tianjin Medical University has seven university hospitals, three affiliated hospitals, and over thirty teaching hospitals. Five thousand beds are available for the medical teaching, medical internship, and medical practice.
