Tiago Silva dos Santos (born April 4, 1979 in Rio Taquari, Rio Grande do Sul) is a Brazilian footballer with a Bulgarian passport.
He currently playing for CSKA Sofia as a defender.

He joined CSKA Sofia from PFC Litex Lovech in 2005. He has also previously played for Palmeiras, with whom he has won the Copa Mercosur and Copa Libertadores trophies.
In January 2007, he is undergoing a two-week trial period at A.S. Roma and is to sign with the club if approved.[1]

He made one appearance in Bulgaria national football team against Turkey in friendlies, in a 3-1 win on 17 August 2006.
However, Tiago Silva had already been capped for the Brazilian Youth team in the 1997 FIFA World Youth Championship, so FIFA cancelled the request for a change nationality. [2]
He still can call-up by Brazil national football team.
