Is fiction novel written by Jack Higgins in 1993 and tells the story a sunked German U-Boat with a treasure with could proof that Martin Bormann did espace Nazi Germany at the end of the Third Reich. However along with these tresures also contains a document which could doom the establishment The Windsor Protocol.
The novel stars two of Jack Higgins best loved characters - Charles Ferguson and Sean Dillon and see Ferguson save Dillon life before he goes in front of a Serbian firing squad and begins Dillon career as Ferguson's right-hand man.
