Throw Yo Neighborhood Up is the very first album from Atlanta, Georgia rapper T-Rock. It was recorded on tape cassettes and released in 1996 on his own. They are a rare find. In 2006, iap-tv.com re-released it and packaged and distributed it nationwide.
