Through Being Cool (1999) is the sophomore release of Princeton, New Jersey-based band Saves the Day. It has a more melodic sound than their first release, Can't Slow Down, which was a more punk/hardcore driven record. Interestingly enough, the album was released a mere year after the band's first release even though they had replaced 3 of their members. At the time of the recording, Saves The Day consisted of Chris Conley, Dave Soloway, Ted Alexander, Eben D'Amico, and Bryan Newman.

"Through Being Cool" is also the name of a Devo song.
