The song is the second B-Side on the single to Any Time, Any Place, which was the fifth single from the album.

Throughout this song, Janet describes the constant 'pounding' from a sexual partner. There is a lot of moaning throughout the song as the song is about sex. The moaning in the song emphasizes she is having an orgasm while having sex through the song; this can be proven in her Saturday Night Live 1994 performance of Throb where Janet puts her hands towards her genitals pretending to stimulate herself while moaning.

The song was performed on Jackson's janet. Tour and The Velvet Rope Tour. The song was also released as a single in Holland, for which there was no promotion or music video. It received radio airplay and charted on the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay. The other b-side "And On And On" went on to chart also. Both were not able to chart on the Billboard Hot 100 because of restrictions. The song received heavy play at strip clubs and gay clubs.
