Thrills, Kills and Sunday Pills is an album which was produced by Australian rock band, Grinspoon. It was released on 20 September 2004. The album represents a dramatic change in style towards a more mainstream, teen orientated image. 'Hard Act to Follow' and 'Hold on Me,' were minor hits for the band, and represent a more easy listening, progressive rock style for the band. 'Better Off Alone', a ballad rock song, was also a minor hit. There is a lack of any songs of their classic, simple rock style.
