Does anybody know when this useage came from? I don't know anyone outside the media and the city council who refer to the Pier Head buildings in this way, and I don't remember it at all prior to when the Fourth Grace project was first publicized [[[User:194.74.238.46|194.74.238.46]] 12:06, 2 December 2006 (UTC)]

An edit on the Pierhead page gives 2001/2002 as the date for this, so I'm adding that.194.74.238.46 12:25, 10 February 2007 (UTC)
